The PH850-DP from Apera Instruments is a handy and easy-to-use measuring device for the determination of pH value, ORP (electrode available separately, e.g. 301Pt-C) and temperature. It is particularly suitable for measuring dairy products (milk, yoghurt, buttermilk, etc.) and other liquid foods such as jam, barbecue sauce, syrup, etc.. The LabSen® 823 pH electrode included in the scope of delivery has been specially developed to carry out fast, precise and reproducible measurements without the diaphragm being blocked by proteins or sulphides. The electrode has an integrated temperature sensor, which enables automatic temperature compensation (ATC). The PH850-DP is protected by a silicone cover and is waterproof and dustproof (IP57), making it particularly well suited for field use, even in harsh environments.
